As long as I've liked Volkswagens, I've always desired a VW Corrado. Throughout my middle and high-school days, right down the road from school, I would see this Burgundy Corrado parked outside one of the barns attached to a home in Gilford Village. I always thought it was a great looking car. Fast forward more than 10 years, and I'm walking my dog past the house with the barn and I see the car sitting outside. I thought, "what the heck" I'll see if the owner wants to sell it. Turns out, she bought it brand new at the local VW dealership and had it faithfully serviced and maintained there since it was new.

One thing led to another, and we struck a deal so I could add this Corrado to my collection. It's a beautiful Deep Burgundy Pearl over Tan Leather, with 100% original paint and interior in immaculate shape. Just a couple scrapes over the rear wheel wells from getting it in and out of the Barn for winter storage! Her husband joked that I could say it was "driven by a little old lady and always put away in the barn!" This Corrado is entirely stock, the way it left the factory with original window sticker and every bit of documentation from the last 16 years of care. The car is an absolute blast to drive, and is truly one of the best vehicles VW has ever produced, in my opinion. It's found a good home with me, thanks Sally! Click here to go back.
